The Buffkin Process is a proven 25 step search process that guarantees results.  It has been developed over a decade of executive search.  The process outlined above ensures that we are able to proactively locate and screen talent so that only those candidates who are qualified, interested and of reasonable fit are presented.  The Assimilation Phase allows the firm to fully understand the search, the company and the culture as we seek to become an extension of the company as we conduct the search.  The goal of the Implementation Phase is to identify, interview and present candidates that not only fit the requirements and the culture, but also are properly prepared to be placed if chosen.  Finally, the Delivery Phase ensures that the successful candidate comes on board and transitions effectively.  The Buffkin Process defines our partnership with our client to ensure not only a successful search, but a successful executive.
